During his tenure as EMQN’s contracted Commercial Director, Steven played a pivotal role in establishing the company’s commercial foundations. His involvement ranged from leading product positioning workshops to overseeing the creation of our commercial team, all of which were instrumental in EMQN’s ongoing development. Steven’s achievements encompass the formulation of a comprehensive three-year strategic plan, enhancements to our company and board structure, the recruitment of our first Marketing Manager and full-time Commercial Director, as well as the construction of robust commercial infrastructure. Throughout, Steven proved himself a trusted partner, laying the groundwork for EMQN’s next phase of growth.
